If you're experiencing a problem with one of our products, please fill out and submit the following support request form. You may also want to check out some known issues.

If you would rather contact a representative directly, we can also provide live remote assistance to you. 

Support Request Form

When you submit your service request report, it will be entered into our database for tracking purposes.  Periodically we will post notices regarding service requests reported by our customers in the Known Issues section of this page, and tips or workarounds on the FAQ page.     

Error Log Information Can Be Very Helpful

If the program displays this message,

it will attempt to save important information into the Error Log and then close TMS. In this case, please do the following:

  1. Run TMS and login.
  2. Select System > Error Log... from the menu. The Error Log form will open.

  1. Click the General Info tab. Make a note of the following values and include them in block 6 below:
    Error
    Message
    Method
    Line #

Note: We must be able to duplicate the behavior before we can fix it. Please be as specific and detailed as possible when describing the problem. The more detail you can provide, the better equipped we will be to resolve your issue.

  1. What product/service is this request for?


  2. What is your TMS Build #?
    (Select Help > About from the TMS Menu to display)
  3. What operating system are you using?


  4. Please enter a brief one-line description of the request:

    (example: "Adding a new Student causes error.")

  5. Expected Behavior:

    (example: "Closing Student form closes form and returns to main screen.")
     
  6. Observed Behavior (Include Error Log information if applicable - See Above):

    (example: "Program shuts down with error when close button (X) is clicked.")

  7. Please provide the steps required to duplicate the problem. Be as detailed as possible:

    (example: "1) Open Student Properties form. 2) Click close (X) button..."

Known Issues

The following is a list of some known problems with our products / services; we are working to correct them A.S.A.P.
bulletCalifornia POST Peace Officer ID Numbers will be supported in the Fall 2007 TMS Millennium Maintenance Update. POST will not require use of POST ID's until January 2008.
