Support Request Form

When you submit your service request report, it will be entered
into our database for tracking purposes. Periodically we will post notices
regarding service requests reported by our customers in the
Known Issues section of this page, and tips or workarounds
on the FAQ page.
Error Log Information Can Be Very Helpful
If the program displays this message,

it will attempt to save important information into the Error Log and then
close TMS. In this case, please do the following:
- Run TMS and login.
- Select System > Error Log... from the menu. The Error Log form will
open.

- Click the General Info tab. Make a note of the following
values and include them in block 6 below:

Note: We must be able to duplicate the behavior before we can fix it. Please be as specific and detailed as possible when describing the problem.
The more detail you can provide, the better equipped we will be to resolve

 | California POST Peace Officer ID Numbers will be supported in the Fall
2007 TMS Millennium Maintenance Update. POST will not require use of POST
ID's until January 2008. |
